Nicole M. Jordan, professionally known as “Pavani J,” is a Radio Host, Publicist, Journalist, Podcast Personality, and Brand Strategist whose journey is rooted in resilience, transformation, and purpose. A powerful voice in media, she has overcome tremendous adversity to become an inspiring advocate for awareness, empowerment, and change.
After facing a difficult upbringing, battling Lupus since the age of 17, and serving over five years in prison, Nicole made the decision to rebuild her life and pursue her purpose. Through determination, personal growth, and education, she transformed her story into one of strength and success.
In 2013, she launched her PR and branding company, SOOOOO EXQUISITE, specializing in Brand Development, Media Relations, Crisis Management, Strategic Planning, and Digital Strategy. Through her company, she helps individuals and brands elevate their visibility through impactful storytelling and communication. Over the years, she has worked with notable professionals, entertainers, and entrepreneurs across multiple industries.
Known in media as “Pavani J,” she began her radio journey in 2013 and later launched the podcast Exquisite Conversations. Today, she is the host of On The Mic with Pavani J on JQLM Radio, a division of E.G.O. Entertainment Network, while also serving as a Journalist and Media Correspondent for EGO News.
Her mission is simple: to enlighten, empower, and give a voice to the overlooked — while living by her mantra, “Elevate and Never Settle.”
